Shipping Info

You will receive an e-mail notification once your order has shipped. If your order includes a tracking number, it will be provided in the shipment email.

Your order will be shipped via Belgian Post.

There is no way of telling how long a parcel will take to arrive at your doorstep. Within Europe, parcels can take up to 2 weeks before arriving, outside of Europe it can take even longer. That being said, if you're lucky, parcels can arrive within a week.


Near the end of each year, we see an increase in transit duration due the increase of traffic due to Christmas & Newyear.

Shipping fees are calculated according to the size and weight of your packed order, as well as your location.

Registered & insured postage is our safest way of shipping merchandise: all parcels include tracking and a signature is required upon receiving. In case of loss, we will be able to file a claim and replace your order. Replacements are sent once Bpost acknowledges a parcel has gone lost.


Registered postage is our cheapest and most commonly used way of shipping records. It is only available for selected countries, mainly within Europe but also for the USA, Canada and a few more. These parcels come with limited tracking possibilities, up untill your front door. Small parcels are dropped in your letter box or delivered to your doorstep. No signature is required, so it's not 100% waterproof. These parcels are not insured and in case of loss or damages we will not be able to offer a free replacement. This option is the most popular one among our customers and 'lost parcels' are exceptional. These parcels are limited to a maximum weight of 2 KG.


Signature postage is a priority shipment option for small parcels up to 2 KG and comes with full tracking and requires a signature upon delivery. Insurance is limited to 40 euros.

If you want hassle-free ordering, please select 'Registered & Insured'. This allows for full tracking, priority airmail shipping and insurance.


That being said, 'Registered' mail does work fine, the risk of your parcel getting lost is below 0,1%.

We take pride in decent packaging, more precisely: we pack our records as if they were meant for ourselves. In short: we remove vinyl from the sleeves so no damages can happen during transit. Vinyl is packed using bubble wrap, after which we insert your order in a sturdy mailer. We've been using 'Four Lax' mailers for many years with great results. Over the years, various customers have applauded our way of packing on social media.

We usually pack your order within 24 to 48 hours. Parcels are dropped off at the postal services once a week.


We do not offer instant same-day shipping.

Despite our sturdy & dedicated packaging, small damages such as a dented corner can occur. As a rule, we cannot be held responsable for small damages to the sleeve that do not affect the play of the record. We pack your records well but cannot be held responsable for the actions of the worldwide postal services.


In case of severe damages, and when you chose 'Registered & Insured', we can open a claim at Belgian Post. Images of the damaged items will have to be provided within 24h of receiving the item.

If an order comes back to us due to an incorrectly provided shipping addres or if you failed to pick it up at your postal office, a new shipping fee will be due. If however the fault lies with us, we will re-ship at our expense.

Neuropa Records is not VAT registered within the United Kingdom. As a result, we can no longer ship B2B parcels to the UK. Account / Profile / Password

Simply login to your account by using the user icon at the top left, and in the Account Dashboard, use the form to change your password.

If your forgot your password, go to the login page, and follow the “Forgot your password?” link. On that page, enter your email address, and a new password will be emailed to you. If you forgot your email, contact the store and we will help you retrieve it. 

We do not store credit information, since our payments are processed by payment provider Mollie.

Payment and Returns

All payment options are listed during the check-out process.

We issue refunds for physical products within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. We demand the products be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. All shipping costs for the returned product are to be paid by the customer. If these demands are not met, we reserve the rights to refuse a refund.


Items must be unworn or in ‘As New’ Condition. Any items received with scratches or damages are not eligible for a refund/exchange you for.
Please pack them with care so they don’t get damaged while travelling back to us and obtain proof of postage when you return your items in case they get lost in transit.


There are certain situations where refunds or exchanges are not granted:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons out of our responsability.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
